Service Description
Evaluate your pet’s quality of life and care needs with a comprehensive assessment. Receive recommendations and support tailored to your pet’s quality-of-life. This consult can be done virtually or via phone.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that this is a very difficult time and the decision to seek end of life care for your beloved pet is not easy or taken lightly however I will require 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $100 withholding fee.
